I have had years of experience as a vendor, purchaser and real estate professional in British Columbia, as such, I have Intimate knowledge of real estate processes My husband and I flew into Montreal to purchase a condo for our daughter who would be attending McGill as such, we had a very tight timeline in which to do this. Yaniv was able to get us from looking at condos to exchange of contracts to purchase within a few days. Being from Vancouver we were not familiar with the real estate regulations in Quebec but Yaniv was able to guide us through that process. His professionalism and aftercare did not stop when the contract was signed. Very impressed as he had gone beyond his role as agent to help us get this condo set up for incoming tenants and eventually for our daughter as she moves into second year. Outstanding realtor.

Yaniv was an abosulte joy to work with. Super responsive even on christmas day and late nights.
