I didn't know Zach Koops when we started this process at the beginning of this year, but now he feels like family. Not only did he guide us through the steps for buying and selling both homes, but he also walked with us through personal big unknowns and emotional turmoil. I used to think a realtor just matched sellers with buyers - end of story. But there are a million details that go into the home buying process that I would not have had the time to manage. Zach has so much knowledge, and actively advocated for us through everything. I never had to hound him for information, he was always on top things! Hiring him was one of the best decisions we made this year.
