Zach was the perfect agent for me. I came from away (out of state) and had a limited time to explore properties and complete my home purchase. Zach came up with an efficient schedule, accompanied me to multiple showings and made appropriate and knowledgeable comments without being judgmental about my preferences. Beyond that, he was especially good at explaining the process so I knew what to expect. When our purchase offer was accepted, he went above and beyond to get a great and thorough home inspection accomplished on a holiday so that I could attend and assess before I had to fly home. We ran into some complications with the seller interaction and Zach handled it all like a champ! We got it done and I would recommend Zach's services to anyone looking to buy a home. I am sure he is equally skilled and attentive as a seller agent.

Zach Arnold was all I could ever dream of in a real estate agent. He listened and answered any questions I had. If he didn't know he'd ask and advocate for me as a buyer. I didn't feel pressured with any decisions and he ensured I was informed about a topic prior to making a decision. I had a pretty wide location radius that other agents wouldn't/didn't accommodate, but Zach did. That flexibility for an overnight worker meant more than anything. I'd 100% recommend him to anyone looking around Maine. As a 1st generation homebuyer, he made the search simple and communication was never an issue. He's easy-going and has a warm personality that'll support your goal, whatever that may be.

Zack was awesome to work with he responded to my text immediately we had a bit of an issue with the title agency but he was right on top of it I will definitely work with him again if the need comes up.
