After trying to sell our home that needed repairs for 8 months, Rod came on board and took care of everything while we were out of state and sold our house within 2 months. A scary thought, we bought a house in Alaska when we were still in Montana. We were not able to see the house personally because we were unable to go to Alaska ahead of time due to work. Rod was amazing. Not only did he respond quickly, he went above and beyond to help us see what we were buying. While video chatting, he was able to explain the location and neighborhood. Unasked, he made a video of the drive to our house so we could see what the drive looked like and how long it would take to get to town. That was a very helpful video that he thought of on his own. We are very please with his help and thoughtfulness.
