March’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $207,500—up 9.21% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $264,100 in Arkansas for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $269,400 in April.

Crawford County had 70 new listings and 58 listings that went under contract in March, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 160—up 5.26% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in April.

Of those 160 active listings, 35.0% reduced their price in the month of March. The median listing price for homes in Crawford County grew 6.36% from February to March, bringing the current median listing price to $249,950. Based on projected data for April, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year. In March 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 28 days, compared to 22 days in March 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be increasing. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this April.
