Landmark had 4 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 6—down 14.29% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Landmark grew 34.13% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $160,950. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell sharply year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 64 days, compared to 96 days in April 2024.
