March’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $490,000—up 2.08% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $490,000 in San Bernardino for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $487,500 in April.
Northwest San Bernardino had 163 new listings and 135 listings that went under contract in March, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 92—up 22.67% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in April.
The median listing price for homes in Northwest San Bernardino grew 2.2% from February to March, bringing the current median listing price to $510,000. Based on projected data for April, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
