Wyoming had 3 new listings and 2 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—down 10.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 9 active listings, 44.44% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Wyoming fell 19.98% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $280,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
