Octavia was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She had an interested party the day that the property went on the market who actually turned out to be the buyer. Due to some issues with the inherited property, the process took a little longer before we could finalize the sale. Octavia was extremely helpful and an excellent communicator from day one until closing. There was no question that I asked that she could not answer. I strongly recommend her. You will not be disapointed.

I purchased my first house with Octavia Samuels in 2009, she was very pleasant and professional. Octavia listened to what I wanted and help us find our first home. We live in our house for 14 years and when we decided to sell we called Octavia. She is easy to reach and always answered all our questions. She listens and takes her time with you, I think I saw about 25 houses before I found the one. She always has a positive attitude, even when I was getting discouraged about finding a home she stayed positive and wouldn't let me get down.

Now that we sold our house, she is helping us with purchasing/ building our dream home. Octavia is the best at what she does. If your in the market to buy/ sell a house call Octavia Samuels. Octavia is the best realtor in Delaware!!!!
