Wallace had 8 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 26—down 13.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
Of those 26 active listings, 38.46% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Wallace grew 35.25% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $479,450. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year. In May 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 84 days, compared to 43 days in May 2024.
