Sandra Seymour

I’m Sandra Seymour, a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty serving home buyers and sellers throughout Pace, Milton, Pensacola, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities. I have been licensed since 2008, beginning my real estate career in new-construction sales before transitioning to general residential real estate in 2013.

My experience includes buyer and seller representation, new construction, military relocations, first-time homebuyers, and helping homeowners prepare, price, and position their properties for the market. I hold the ABR®, SRS, CNE, e-PRO®, SFR®, and MilRES designations and provide service in both English and Spanish.
