Palos Heights had 12 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 33—down 38.89% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 33 active listings, 21.21% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Palos Heights fell 17.63% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $350,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
