As mentioned in my previous post regarding the sale of my home, Gergana was my champion when helping us buy our new home. I never once felt pressured to make a sale in any way, and I did NOT feel like "just a number" to her. I felt like we were important, and our future was important - and that she was going to make whatever dreams we wanted come true. When we first walked through our new home, I was finding everything wrong but still felt like it was the one. Gergana was realistic about what things would cost to fix, the negotiations when it came time to bid, and more importantly held my hand through the whole process.
