February's finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $229,500—down 15.78% over the previous 12 months. Dodge City had 12 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in February, and this decreasing trend left the area's total available inventory at 96—down 3.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to decrease in March.
