Inventory in Georgetown has tightened somewhat in this rolling three-month view, with active listings down from last month but still up sharply from a year ago. Yet roughly a third of recent sales closed above list price, and the average sale-to-list ratio has improved, indicating buyers still step up for well-priced homes.
