Year-over-year, Kenwick’s rolling three-month data shows mixed signals. Typical home value is up slightly, rising about 1% from a year ago, while the broader Lexington market has seen a stronger gain of nearly 6%. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell, with median days on market jumping more than threefold compared with last year.
