Year over year, Russell County’s typical home value is up noticeably, rising about 12 percent to roughly $218,000 in August 2026. In contrast, the state of Kentucky as a whole has seen a more modest increase of just over 3 percent, showing that values in the county have climbed faster than the statewide pace.
