First off let me start by saying that I was extremely skeptical of realtors, most want your business but don't put in the effort to help you and your family. I was pleasantly surprised by Mara, she was in tune with what my husband and I were searching for, listened to our needs and even skyped with me while we were overseas. Mara was personable, her personality shined ,and she was straight forward with her answers and direct with a touch of class when explaining the bio of each house we were interested in. Mara is AMAZING! She started helping us look for a house while we were still in Korea. She sent us pictures, videos, and even gave us her personal opinions on some of the neighborhoods we were considering based on what we had told her about our family dynamics (we like our space, privacy, and have little ones that go to bed early.) We were looking in a particular school zone that is in high demand, so even finding homes in our price range that weren't already under contract was a challenge, but she worked so hard for us and finally found us the perfect home that is just right for our family. My wife and I bought a house through Mara about 6 months ago, by far one of the greatest or the greatest realtor in Clarksville. Very down to earth, was never pushy about any house and was willing to really listen to our needs and concerns. Coming from out of town and needing a house quickly and trying to by a house with an newborn child could have been a hassle, but Mara was able to provide us with multiple listings and help us narrow down searches, often finding houses we couldn't find on real estate sites. We bought a partial build and Mara was able to help us navigate the ins and outs from picking the type of flooring to backsplash in the kitchen. When and if we decide to ever sell, she will definitely be the person we would go through to also sell our home! Really the best!
