First off let me start by saying that I was extremely skeptical of realtors, most want your business but don't put in the effort to help you and your family. I was pleasantly surprised by Mara, she was in tune with what my husband and I were searching for, listened to our needs and even skyped with me while we were overseas. Mara was personable, her personality shined ,and she was straight forward with her answers and direct with a touch of class when explaining the bio of each house we were interested in. WOULD I RECOMMEND HER?????? UMMM...Yes!!!!!!! For all further needs regarding real estate I will be using Mara Kutch, she has made our experience delightful. We love our Home!!

Mara is AMAZING! She started helping us look for a house while we were still in Korea. She sent us pictures, videos, and even gave us her personal opinions on some of the neighborhoods we were considering based on what we had told her about our family dynamics (we like our space, privacy, and have little ones that go to bed early.) We were looking in a particular school zone that is in high demand, so even finding homes in our price range that weren't already under contract was a challenge, but she worked so hard for us and finally found us the perfect home that is just right for our family. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we chose Mara as our realtor!
*UPDATE* Mara is such an amazing agent, we didn't hesitate to call her again this year when we were looking for a larger home for our growing family. Once again she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with not only the home itself, but with the entire homebuying experience.

I seriously couldn't have done the whole process without her. My husband was gone when we started the process of buying a house, and Mara was so amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted & my price range and she picked out a number of houses. I went and look at the areas. And found 3 I liked. The first one we viewed I loved and put our offer in. She knows exactly how to make us feel comfortable about this stressful process! & now we are in our own home & we absolutely love it! Couldn't have done it without her ❤️

Finding Mara through FB was pure luck but it turned out to be the greatest gift ever! She is truly dedicated to finding the perfect house, provides honest assessments of each home, and worked with our crazy schedule. In the end, we LOVE our HOME and couldn't imagine doing it with anyone but Mara!

We were in a time crunch...less than 30 days to find a home before we renewed or turned down our lease. Mara worked relentlessly (she's a night owl) to find us the perfect home.
