Adams County had 32 new listings and 20 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 151—up 3.42% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.

The median listing price for homes in Adams County grew 46.98% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $219,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
