Vicksburg had 6 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 70—down 11.39% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 70 active listings, 14.29% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Vicksburg grew 35.06% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $202,450. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
