Home values in Alcorn County are up modestly from last year, with typical prices rising a bit more than 2 percent. Median list prices climbed even faster, increasing a little over 7 percent year over year. At the same time, active listings dipped slightly compared with last April, suggesting a bit less choice for shoppers than a year ago.
