Scott County is seeing more homes available, with active listings up sharply from a year ago and sitting at 36 in April. New listings have more than doubled year over year, and pending sales have surged even faster. With no recent sales closing above list price and the average sale-to-list ratio sliding to just over 89 percent, buyers often have room to negotiate while sellers must price carefully to attract offers.
