November’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $329,900—up 46.04% over the previous 12 months. Tate County had 16 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in November, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 60—up 17.65% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in December.
