Home prices in Buchanan County are almost flat compared to last year, with the typical home value up less than 1 percent. Listing prices, though, are up sharply year over year, rising about 14 percent. Inventory has also expanded, with active listings climbing more than 20 percent versus a year ago.
June figures show how active the market has become.
