East Columbus home values have held almost flat in this rolling three-month view, edging down about 0.03% from last year. Listing prices have softened a bit more, slipping roughly 2.6% year over year, which can give buyers a bit more room to negotiate. Compared with the broader city of Columbus, where typical prices are up just over 3%, East Columbus is seeing more modest price movement.
