Home values in Georgian Heights have softened on a rolling three-month basis, with the typical home value down more than 10% from a year ago, while the median list price has fallen even further, dropping in the low teens year over year. Compared with the larger Columbus market, where prices are still rising, this neighborhood is currently offering relatively lower entry points for buyers.
