“Easy to use. We were contacted quickly. Loved our realtor, Kara Barnhart!”
“What I appreciated the most about working with Olivia Riley is how well she walked us through every detail and step of the home-buying process. She was extremely responsive and patient with my thousands of questions, and worked seamlessly with our lender, title company and the seller's agent to get everything done in a quick and fast timeline. There were times (outside of our control) that were so stressful and difficult, and she was able to be such a calming and strong presence. Thanks to her professional advice we were able to buy this wonderful home that we LOVE, when there were multiple offers on the table. Thank God we listened to her advice, and they took our offer! She was even able to be super assertive when she needed to be, which then allowed us to be in our new house by Christmas! We would recommend Olivia to anyone looking to buy a home! She is the BEST!”
“My agent, Char Evans-King, was a great find. Perfect match for our needs.”
