I decided against buying a home at the moment, due to the start of the school year. However, that does not change the fact that when it is time, Traci will absolutely be my first choice as a realtor. She took the time to make sure that I knew exactly what budget was realistic for not only my life now, but the potential budget I may have. We looked at dozens of places, trying to find just the “right” home. Traci was able to find listings that I would never have been able to find on my own. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time or resources, although I decided this was not my time. She had fantastic advice based on her own experiences as a home owner. We decided that I absolutely would need two closets in the master bedroom, because my wife’s shoe addiction may require that second closet. She helped me determine that two living spaces would be ideal, so that when I have company over there is a place for the adults, and a place for the children to go be children. I cannot speak highly enough of this woman and her potential as a real estate agent.
