Licking County home values have risen notably over the past year, with the typical home value up more than 11 percent to about $359,000 in May 2026. Sales prices here are well above the Ohio median of roughly $274,000, highlighting a stronger local market. At the same time, the number of homes sold is down about 7 percent year over year, even as pending sales are up over 7 percent.
