September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $170,000—down 24.44% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $252,900 in Oklahoma for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $252,450 in October.

Okfuskee County had 4 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 42—up 5.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
