I had visited with Dan on the phone a year before we were serious about buying a home. Then through the progression of wanting to view some home Dan was so helpful. Dan did timely checks with us and our interests in looking at homes . That was important to us as we did not live in the area and didn't always know what was up for sale. We relied on the website he set up for us.

Dan and Donica were great! We have used day to buy and sell other homes and we keep coming back.

Dan Markus is always efficient and very aware of market trends. He had our house sold in under 2 weeks and helped us purchase another house in that same time frame.
