Inventory in Schuylkill County has been building, with active listings up nearly 9.5 percent from last year to 631 and months of supply jumping more than 60 percent to 3.3. Contract activity is softer, as homes sold are down slightly year over year and pending sales have fallen nearly 16 percent, signaling a cooler pace of deals being written.
