Los Paseos has seen some notable month-to-month changes in this rolling three-month view, with typical home values pulling back sharply from early summer levels while list prices have also stepped down. Median days on market shortened from 51 days in June to 30 days most recently, pointing to quicker decisions from buyers even as prices adjust.
