Valley Creek North’s rolling three-month snapshot through June 2026 shows notable month-over-month shifts, with the typical home value jumping more than 50 percent since spring while median list prices inched up only slightly. At the same time, active listings dipped modestly and months of supply fell from 2.8 to 2.2, signaling fewer options for shoppers but still active turnover.
