For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $249,000 in El Paso for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $246,000 in May.

West Valley had 21 new listings and 21 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in West Valley grew 1.19% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $424,950. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
