Jack County had 4 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 45—down 10.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.

Of those 45 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Jack County grew 75.1% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $444,750. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to grow.
