Parker County had 306 new listings and 250 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 1,335—down 4.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 1,335 active listings, 33.18% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Parker County grew 5.72% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $507,360. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
