Homes in North By Northwest are taking longer to sell, with the median days on market rising to 116.5 days in March 2026, an 18.88% increase from the prior month, even though they are still moving a bit faster than a year ago with a 5.28% annual decline. This slower monthly pace is happening despite a strong level of buyer activity, as pending sales jumped 47.83% compared with last year.
Typical home values reached about $210,500 in March, up 7.12% year over year and 5.78% month over month, signaling steady price appreciation even as homes sit longer. Sellers are also asking more than the typical value, with the median list price at $229,950, though list prices edged down 2.13% from the previous month.
