“It was a great experience to have worked with Nadine. Thank you for cooperation and care.”
“Mrs. Cherri has been phenomenal to work with not only as a realtor but as a person in general. Outside of her professionalism, She has such a warm and welcoming demeanor that was contagious throughtout not only our selling process but also when we first purchased the property. Cherri was always on top of communication, full transparency with any information that came forth, and full of information and other resources when we first moved to the area. We couldn't be more thankful to have found her for our time in the area and we will always recommend her to anyone we speak with that will be moving to central Texas.”
“Very professional and very informed about the market conditions.”
“Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning she made the entire home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She was always professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure every question I had was answered right away. Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident with every decision.”
“Very helpful and attenetive throughout the entire process. Stayed in contact throughout the entire proccess and ensured we were satisfied.”
“Tyon is an outstanding realtor and grateful and thankful that we got to work with him. I've been trying to sell my home for almost 2 years before working with him and out of the realtors that I've had, he did the most for us. He is all about his clients and makes sure to have their best interests at heart. He helped us with any repairs that could be done at the house so there wasn't any extra expense on our end, plus he ripped out the carpet for us so we could get it replaced. For things he couldn't do himself, we was always trying to find the least expensive solution for it. He was very knowledgeable in his field and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us get our house sold!”
“We've known Bryan for years. I selected him as our realtor because he is active in our community (ie: organize yard sales, flags on our mailboxes for the 4th of July, Christmas gifts to local restaurants to his community, etc). Bryan is an EXCELLENT listener. He pays attention to his clients, and I always felt heard, seen, and my opinions were taken into consideration. Bryan was responsible for the final number of the price of our home. He was through in his math and gave me confidence to list it for what we did . I hired Bryan because he has marketing skills I don't possess. He did a FANTASTIC job for our family and we couldn't be happier!!!”
“Philip came prepared to our first meeting with both comparable properties and detailed answers to all the questions I'd sent him beforehand. He offered good suggestions for improvement to increase my chances of selling in a competitive market. Within a few weeks, I had two offers and he helped me negotiate the best one. He communicated frequently throughout the process and was always professional, honest and helpful. I recommend working with him if you are looking for a realtor who will give you straightforward feedback, good communication and professional service.”
“I'm have known Steve for years and always recommend him to all family and friends when relocating to the CTX area and will continue to do so. He was really attentive to our needs and wants and made the buying process very smooth and we never were caught off guard made the process of buying our home a pleasant one can't thank him enough for what he did for my family ensuring that we have a quality home for my last military move”
“Antonio Flores did a great job from beginning to finish in all aspects of selling my home. A lot had to be done prior to selling and he came up with a plan and was there through it all to ensure we were on track.”
“I am so glad that I used Agent Pronto to connect with several Realtors (out of state) and figure out what qualities in a real estate professional were most important to me. Through the process I connected with my lifeline, Celine Crestin, who is a dream to work with. She helped me navigate a difficult market with over 20 offers submitted, a few accepted/terminated due to inspections, and finally my ideal investment property. She had to solve problems, think quickly and critically, and I trusted her advice completely when I wondered if things were overpriced, unreasonable, or too good to be true. I am so lucky to have had the chance to work with her.”
“Chrissy was excellent and we would work with her again!”
“Matt was available to me as needed and very receptive. It was a good experience.”
“Thank you so much Daryl. You were able to ease a lot of my anxiety about the home buying process and I was so glad to have someone there with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Daryl.”
“Wonderful and a pleasure to work with her. Had it sold in 90 days and closed within 28 days of the contract! ”
“Cynthia was great from beginning to end. She showed us a house that we wanted, but ended up being a little a head of being able to make an offer. Cynthia check in with us periodically until it was go time. She then was totally in with us. Cynthia took us to every home we had independently found online and had comparable alternatives too. She was very open about what she thought were positive and negatives on properties. She was able to know what we were looking for and made the whole process fairly easy.”
