Finding a good realtor is like shopping for a used car - there's a bunch out there, some are lemons, most are a little above or a little below average, and a rare few are spectacularly great. Elzie Felton falls into that rare category of spectacularly great! Elzie was recommended to me by a professional colleague who said that Elzie's integrity and real estate market knowledge was rock solid. I currently live in California and wanted to sell my home in Pflugerville, TX, without having to travel back to TX. Elzie did it all - from explaining the selling process, marketing the home, hiring contractors/workers for necessary repairs/improvements, securing buyers for the appliances/furniture left in the home, and even watering the yard on his own time.
