“With the market as crazy as it has been this past year, we cannot express enough our gratitude for Brandee Escalante with the work and time she put in to getting our house sold. Brandee went above and beyond what a realtor needed to do to get our house sold including marketing, open houses and other realtor feedback. Her hard work and dedication paid off in the end with the selling of our house. THE best agent around!!!”
“David Hart exceeded all of my expectations performing as my seller real estate agent. I would use him again in a heartbeat and do highly recommend him. Throughout the selling process, he was well prepared and gave great advice on every decision we had to make. He did a fantastic job pulling comps and doing local market research to set the perfect asking price for my property. Handled the inspection report replies and prepared a documentation packet to make the appraisers job easier. I summarize, that David has a great mix of professionalism, deep real estate experience, attention to detail, superb communication skills and strategy, which all led to making this real estate transaction a totally easy task.”
“Kathy Cheek provided exceptional service from start to finish. Her deep understanding of the Granbury and surround area was evident, and communication was transparent throughout. She went above and beyond.”
“Sold my own house and lived to tell the tale. Argued with myself, stressed myself out, still crushed it. Marketing on point, negotiations spicy, outcome solid. Bonus points to Michael Padgett for emotional support, lifting heavy things, and talking me off multiple ledges. Would hire me again. Would also complain again. Zero regrets.”
“We lived in our house for over 46 years and it was the only home we owned. Leslie understood our needs and helped us through the entire process. Her knowledge and assurance helped us so much. She was always available to answer questions and guide us through our journey. She was amazing and we would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home. We will be forever grateful for her!”
“Cherie is caring and worked to point us in the right direction upon newly moving to Texas. Overall a great experience. Thank you, Cherie!”
