Ponder had 11 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 24—up 20.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
Of those 24 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Ponder fell 6.62% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $424,900. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
