July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $307,500—up 15.82% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $491,000 in Wyoming for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $531,850 in August.
Goshen County had 15 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in July, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 51—up 4.08% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in August.
Of those 51 active listings, 49.02% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Goshen County grew 17.5% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $235,000. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In July 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 68 days, compared to 52 days in July 2024.
