Melissa brought us in to go over the process thoroughly, answered all of our questions no matter how silly, and completely put us at ease. Because Boston is such a competitive market, a house goes on the market on a Friday, there's one or two open houses over the weekend and it's off the market by Monday. For that reason, you need a realtor who is going to respond immediately and push the paper work through, and Melissa was on top of it 100% of the time (even when she was away for her own wedding, she would respond via text, email and call). We ended up with the perfect home, and it is almost entirely thanks to her help and recommendations for what to offer. Throughout the process, she also had connections to everyone we needed, from loan officers to home inspectors. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend!
