The benefits of working with a new agent is that, they do not have a lot of clients, thus, they commit all of their time to finding you the best deal possible and with all of your requirements. Unlike agents who have been in the field longer, new agents need referrals, so they value all their clients, with hopes of getting referrals from them after providing them the best service possible. Being a new agent does not necessarily mean that clients will not receive expert service from them, but quite the contrary because new agents have adequate guidance from their broker or team.
