Daniela was exceptional. We started working with not by a referral but simply by chance. We started talking about what we wanted but we didn’t really have a plan in motion. Every weekend my wife would send her homes and she would get in touch with the right people and spend time with us looking at each house. Honestly it went in for months, but then things changed and as a casual house hunter my families needs changed and we needed a two family and had to get things done fast. Daniela was able to take me to see homes that fit my needs and as soon as we found one we untrusted her to get the most value from our original house as we could. We came up with a plan and we executed that plan and had only 2 open house and a great offer with in 10 days of signing. That was just the beginning, it is stressing to just buy a house alone but to have to sell and buy simultaneously, we could not have gotten thru it with out her!
