Ajay was the selling agent for my grandfather when he sold his house this past Fall. I helped translate for my 92 year old grandfather, as he doesn’t speak English very well. Ajay was excellent at making sure he communicated with both my grandfather and I, and made sure that my grandfather understood what was going on every step of the way. Ajay was very good at making sure my elderly grandfather wasn’t too inconvenienced, and that he was physically comfortable with the listing and showing process, by working around his daily routine.
