I have been a full time Realtor since 1990 and have closed over 1200 properties in that time. From 1990 to 2020, I lived in Montrose, Colorado. Since 2020, I have been living in Davenport, Florida, which is just 8 miles from Disneyworld Orlando.

I am married to my wonderful wife Bobbi. We have four grown daughters and seven grand children. I continue to work with buyers and sellers of homes, it is what I love to do.

From initial meeting to closing Alan was with us every step of the way. Alan was flexible for open house times and days. He was available every time someone needed access or a showing.
