Alice was just fantastic to work with she is a real professional she also went above and beyond to get this property sold. Our experience with her was just great, first of all we live in another state so it was really important that we be able to communicate and she was available with paperwork, ideas and advice. Also because we were out of state there was some issues at the property that Alice volunteered to take care of and make sure everything was done correctly. I would use her again to buy or sale property and refer to everyone who is in charge market to buy or sale.
