Tim is not who we originally started working with when we were looking to buy a bigger home, he was referred to us. From the start we noticed a difference in the level of communication, the extra effort, and the availability that he showed us. Tim did an unbelievable job showing empathy and compassion to all parties on the first house we tried to buy, but it didn't work out due to major issues with the home. We ultimately found the perfect setup for our familuy due to his patience and consistency. Tim was great when it came to selling our current home and he went above and beyond every step of the way.
